Legal Advice & Representation
From initial discussions of separation and divorce to legal advice and representation, Pauline is here to guide you through every aspect of family law.
Helping you navigate the questions, negotiations and meetings involved when it comes to resolving the end of a relationship, including any financial and child arrangements.
Whether you and your partner require Court proceedings or choose a fair resolution together, Pauline’s Code of Conduct means we work towards an amicable and cost-effective solution suited to your personal situation.
Collaborative Law
Family Law can be a new and nervous topic for many.
No one builds a relationship with the intention of separating or, furthermore, taking your personal issues to Court. Collaborative law aims to avoid the formalities of the Courtroom, sourcing a realistic resolution for those involved.
Pauline will be with you through all meetings and negotiations. You will lead how and when meetings take place, as well as the topics discussed, but her professional guidance will help you reach an agreeable conclusion regarding finance, assets and child arrangements.
Family Law Arbitration
For some couples, although upsetting, a relationship can naturally end. With both parties mutually agreeing to part ways. When children are involved, parents often want to start separation proceedings in a secure and practical way.
Family Arbitration offers an alternative solution, allowing parting couples to manage their separation and everything that comes with it under the guidance of a qualified Arbitrator. Pauline, can either be appointed as the Arbitrator or act for you as your Solicitor within Arbitration. The Arbitrator is appointed by both parties and makes binding decisions about children or financial matters, which will be made into a Court Order.
The benefits of Family Law Arbitration include:
- Out-of-court resolutions
- More control over proceedings
- An informal and comfortable environment
- Flexibility with meetings
- Encourages ownership and compromise
- A more cost-effective option
Resolution Together

The benefits of Resolution Together include:
- Ex-partners can reach a mutual agreement
- Keeps relationships amicable and friendly
